Poem of the Month

When I Was Young

When I was young in years gone past

Upon me fear's shadow could not cast

I knew everything, I knew it all

I knew everything about this orange ball

But now, I am much more wise

The doubt I have I cannot disguise

Yes, my teams won many a game

But upon me you cannot put the blame

For little do I know about this contest

To be a master I will never conquest

For the longer I coach the one thing I know

Is this game will bleed your soul

When I was young in years gone past

Upon me fear's shadow could not cast
